I can't say enough great things about Pam Miller. She helped us sell an older family home that needed a few updates, we lived out of state and she was an amazing assest that went above and beyond in how helpful she was with the entire process. She showed up with a caring and freindly attitude and took the stress out many moving parts and pieces. I was truely grateful for Pam and could not have asked for anything more.

I hope Pam Miller continues to do what she does best and that is selling Real Estate. She probably is the most efficient realtor I have every worked with since we moved to Florida. My wife had been dealing with many and Pam is the only one that responded to our needs. Most of the realtors just sent us everything they had listed and did not look at what she asked about.

Most other realtors just sent every new listing and did not ever take the time to respond to a single question my wife asked.

When we spoke to Pam Miller, her first questions were, what are you looking for and where do you want to be and what are you interested in.

When we could not find what we wanted, Pam Miller said, I know you want this but how about looking at a home she had listed even though it is not exactly what you are looking for. We were close to the house listed and we looked at it and immediately said, this is perfect.

We then went through the purchase process as we had already been approved for a house purchase. Pam Miller made it easy and gave better help than the mortgage company we were dealing with. She made life easy for us so for Pam Miller, we say Thank you very much for all you did and to her company we say, make sure you take good care of her as she is the best asset you have. Property was not listed by owner but I wanted it and Pam hunted down the owner and made it happen. Pam is not a pushy sales woman but a great listener and attention to detail as to what buyer is looking for.
